2. Estimates and Pricing

• Free Estimates: We offer free estimates for our services. These estimates are provided based on an initial assessment and may be subject to change upon a more thorough inspection or discovery of additional damage during the repair process.

• Pricing: All pricing for services will be communicated to the client prior to commencing work. Any significant changes to the scope of work or pricing will be discussed and approved by the client before proceeding.

3. Insurance Claims

We assist clients with insurance claims by providing necessary documentation and communicating with insurance providers. However, the ultimate responsibility for payment of services rendered remains with the client, regardless of insurance coverage. Clients are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or uncovered expenses.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Vehicle Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their vehicle and its service history.

• Personal Items: Clients are advised to remove all valuable personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service. Alec's Collision & Custom is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in vehicles.

• Pickup: Vehicles must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after completion of services. Storage fees may apply for vehicles not picked up promptly without prior arrangement.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a commitment to quality. Specific warranty details for repairs and services will be provided at the time of service commencement or upon request. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the durability and quality of our repair and customization work.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alec's Collision & Custom will exercise reasonable care in providing its services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
